Coverage chosen by people who see your whole balance sheet.
Commercial and personal insurance, brokered by the team that already knows your business, your books, and where the real risks live.
What's in the ledger.
Insurance servicesHow an engagement works.
Four stepsAudit
We read your current policies line by line — most reviews find either a gap that matters or a premium that doesn't.
Quote
As an independent brokerage we shop multiple carriers, not one company's shelf.
Place & bind
Coverage bound, certificates issued, lenders and landlords satisfied — handled end to end.
Review annually
Your business changes every year. Your coverage gets re-checked every year too, alongside your tax review.
Brokered, not sold.
How Xel insurance worksAn agent who represents one carrier can only sell you that carrier. XA Insurance Services is an independent brokerage — we take your risk to multiple markets, make the carriers compete, and put the trade-offs in front of you in plain English: what’s covered, what’s excluded, and what each dollar of premium actually buys.
The Xel difference is what we can see. Your broker sits at the same table as your CPA and your financial advisor, so coverage gets sized against your real balance sheet — the building on the books, the payroll that drives workers’ comp, the buy-sell agreement that needs funding. Coverage gaps live in the space between advisors; we closed the space.
Policies get re-shopped at renewal — not rubber-stamped — and when a claim happens, we advocate for you with the carrier instead of leaving you to a call center.
What a brokerage client gets
- A coverage review against your current balance sheet
- Multiple carrier quotes at every renewal
- Plain-English policy comparisons
- Claims advocacy when it counts
FAQs.
Quick answersReviewed like an accountant. Placed like a broker.
How we workMost coverage is bought under deadline — a lender demands a certificate, a contract requires limits, a renewal lands with two weeks to sign. The result is a stack of policies nobody has read side by side. Our first step is always the coverage review: every policy on one page, limits against actual exposures, overlaps and gaps in plain sight.
Because the reviewers sit next to your CPA, the exposures are real numbers, not questionnaire guesses — payroll for workers’ comp, revenue and contracts for liability limits, business value for key-person and buy-sell funding.
Insurance services are provided by XA Insurance Services, Inc., the family’s licensed brokerage. As a broker — not a captive agent — it shops the market and is paid standard carrier commissions, disclosed to you; the review itself is free and the recommendations have to survive the CPA sitting across the table.
Coverage gets re-checked whenever the business changes shape: a revenue jump, a new location or fleet, a big contract’s insurance clauses, a key hire, or a valuation move.
