Services / Wealth Management

Wealth management with your whole balance sheet in view.

How an engagement works.

Four steps
STEP 01

Discover

A full picture: goals, balance sheet, tax returns, existing coverage. We listen before we recommend.

STEP 02

Plan

A written financial plan with specific moves — investments, tax, insurance, estate — and the order to make them.

STEP 03

Implement

We open, transfer, and allocate. Your CPA and advisor coordinate so nothing is taxed twice or missed once.

STEP 04

Review

Quarterly reviews against the plan, rebalancing when drift demands it, and a year-end tax sweep.

FAQs.

Quick answers
Who actually provides the advisory services?Xel Wealth Management, Inc., a Registered Investment Adviser licensed in California, Oregon, and Florida. It is a separate, affiliated firm with its own agreements and disclosures — see xelwealth.com for its Form ADV and full details.
Do I have to be an Xel tax client first? No. Many clients start on the wealth side and add tax later (or never). The integration is an option that makes both engagements better, not a requirement.
What does "fiduciary" mean in practice?A legal duty to put your interest first on every recommendation — documented, regulated, and enforceable. Portfolio trades carry no commissions, and any conflict must be disclosed to you in writing.
Are you a fiduciary?Yes. Xel's advisors act in your best interest, full stop — and because tax and insurance live in the same firm, our advice accounts for your entire financial picture.
Is there an account minimum? No hard minimum. Engagements are scoped to your situation — from a one-time plan to full ongoing management.
Will you work with my existing CPA?Happily — though most clients consolidate with Xel so their tax strategy and investment strategy stop contradicting each other.
How do you charge?Transparent fees discussed up front at your free consultation — no commissions hiding in the fine print.

The plan comes first.

How engagements run
01 — DiscoverGoals, balance sheet, cash flow — and your tax returns, because that’s where the plan hides.
02 — PlanA written financial plan: retirement, education, estate, insurance, and the tax strategy that threads through all of it.
03 — ImplementThe portfolio follows the plan — low-cost, diversified, asset-located for taxes, at Schwab custody.
04 — ReviewStanding reviews on a set cadence, rebalancing with tax awareness, and a plan that updates when life does.

The Xel difference is the tax return. Your advisor and your CPA share one table, so asset location, harvesting, Roth conversions, and charitable gifts are executed with your actual bracket in view — not guessed at. Wealth management is led by Saad El-Hajjaoui, CFP® through Xel Wealth Management, Inc., a Registered Investment Adviser held to the fiduciary standard.

What integration actually changes.

The difference

Most wealth management is built on estimates of your tax picture. Ours is built on the return itself — because the CPAs preparing it work at the same table as the advisors managing the portfolio.

That changes real outcomes: capital gains get realized against the bracket you are actually in, not discovered in April. Roth conversion windows get sized with a live projection. Retirement plan design captures the deduction the business already earned. Estate titling gets checked by people who can see both the trust document and the 1040.

Advisory services are provided by Xel Wealth Management, Inc., the family’s Registered Investment Adviser — a fiduciary, licensed in California, Oregon, and Florida, with its full practice published at xelwealth.com. Tax and accounting stay with Xel Advisors; insurance with XA Insurance Services. Three engagements, separately disclosed, one picture of your finances.

Start where the need is sharpest — a written plan, a portfolio second opinion, or the business-owner engagement — and the rest of the table is already seated.

One table covers
  • Financial planning & retirement income
  • Fiduciary investment management
  • Estate & wealth-transfer strategy
  • Risk management & insurance review
  • Year-end tax coordination with your CPA
