Meet the teamFour classmates, one belief. Xel's founding partners met in 2013 as freshman accounting majors at Cal State Fullerton. After graduation they sharpened their craft at Big 4 and national firms — then walked away in 2021 to build the firm they kept wishing their clients had: one table where the CPA, the financial advisor, and the insurance broker actually share notes.
Four friends with licenses became five offices, coast to coast, serving 3,000+ clients. It's still run by the same partners — and still built on the rule that made it work: a partner stays close to the work.
