Nidhi Patel, CPA

Nidhi Patel, CPA, is a Xel partner and the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, based out of the Orlando, Florida office. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration specializing in Accounting and a master’s degree in accounting, both from the University of Central Florida.

Nidhi’s foundation was built at The Walt Disney Company, where she completed the corporate accounting and finance rotational program — gaining broad exposure to how large, complex organizations actually run.

She brings that same rigor to Xel, where she leads the Orlando office and serves as COO: building the internal systems and standards that let the firm scale without losing the personal attention clients expect.

Outside of work, Nidhi is usually planning her next trip, trying out a new recipe in the kitchen, catching a good movie, or spending time with family.
